Information we collect
- Waitlist & contact: name, email, and any message you send us.
- Rep applications: name, contact details, city, LinkedIn profile, professional experience, and industry backgrounds you provide.
- Engagements: booking details, briefs, debriefs, ratings, and payment records needed to run the platform.
- Background checks: conducted for accepted reps by a third-party provider with your explicit consent; we receive the result, not the underlying report data beyond what is required.
- Usage data: standard logs and analytics about how the site is used.
How we use it
- To operate the platform: matching, bookings, payouts, and debriefs.
- To review rep applications and conduct vetting with consent.
- To contact you about the waitlist, your account, or your engagements.
- To improve the product and keep it secure.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers needed to run Senvoya (such as payment processors and background-check providers), with clients and reps as needed to complete an engagement, or when required by law.
Your choices
- You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time.
- You can withdraw a rep application at any point in the process.
- You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails with one click.
Data retention
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it.
