Terms of service.

1. What Senvoya is

Senvoya is a product operated by PATHSDATA LLC ("Senvoya," "we," "us"). Senvoya is a platform that connects businesses ("Clients") with vetted independent professionals ("Reps") for in-person representation at events, meetings, and other occasions ("Engagements"). Senvoya facilitates discovery, booking, agreed pricing, payment, and debriefs.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. Reps must complete Senvoya's vetting process, including a background check, before their first Engagement. Information you provide must be accurate; misrepresented experience is grounds for removal.

3. Bookings and agreed pricing

• Every Engagement is priced per occasion. A booking is confirmed only when both the Client and the Rep accept the same price and terms.
• Once confirmed, the price does not change.
• Clients provide a brief; Reps agree to review it and perform the Engagement within its scope.

4. Cancellations

• Client cancellations within 48 hours of an Engagement may incur a cancellation payment to the Rep.
• Rep cancellations within 48 hours, absent genuine emergency, affect the Rep's standing. Senvoya will attempt to provide a replacement; if no replacement is available, the Client pays nothing for that Engagement.

5. Payments

Clients pay Senvoya for confirmed Engagements. Senvoya pays Reps their agreed payout after the debrief is submitted and the Engagement is confirmed complete. Senvoya retains a platform fee from each Engagement.

6. Independent contractors

Reps are independent professionals, not employees, agents, or partners of Senvoya or of Clients. Reps control how they perform within the agreed brief and may accept or decline any Engagement.

7. Confidentiality

Information shared in briefs and learned during Engagements is confidential. Clients may additionally require an NDA as part of a brief.

8. Acceptable use

No unlawful, deceptive, or harmful use of the platform. Clients may not ask Reps to misrepresent their identity or affiliation in a deceptive manner; Reps represent the Client openly and professionally.

9. Disclaimers and liability

Senvoya provides the platform "as is." While we vet Reps and stand behind our backup guarantee, Senvoya is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from Engagements, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the Engagement in question.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
